Answer
Based on official Jordanian legal texts
In Jordanian law, "Khul" is addressed under the Personal Status Law. According to Article 108 (المادة 108) of the Personal Status Law, if both parties involved in the Khul (mutual divorce) declare that there is no compensation involved at the time of the Khul, it is considered a simple divorce (طلاق محض) and results in a revocable divorce (طلقة رجعية) unless it completes the third divorce or occurs before consummation, in which case it becomes irrevocable (بائن).
For official advice and to understand the implications fully, it is recommended to consult a qualified lawyer.
